I reached out to South East Coast Electric with questions about a temporary servoce pole. Dillon was extremely helpful and very fast to respond and answer questions , that I had. He also did the foot work to help with getting the right temporary pole, next day install of the pole and all the necessary permits. Very reasonable pricing for work performed and kept me updated with great communication every step of the way. I would rate them above 5 stats for all the communication and fast response time. I will reach out to Dillon and South Coast Electric for all my electrical needs.

South East Coastal Electric was recommended where we purchased our EV. Dillon responded immediately to our request to install our level 2 charger. Although his company is near Mobile, Alabama he said he made service calls to locations on the Miss. Gulf Coast. He kept in contact with us and arrived when he said he would. He explained what was needed to install the charger, and with the assistance of his wife completed the work. He made sure we knew which smart phone app to use to monitor the charger. We were so impressed with his work that we asked him to return to install a whole house surge protector. Great service.

Dillion is the most courteous, honest, on time and hard working young business man I know.... Needed an EV charger hard wired for my wife EV and had gotten outrageous quotes according to this estimate app I found and not only was Dillion spot on with his quote but he done a great job and was neat and very clean and had it done in a timely manner, we need more honest and fair men like Dillion in the world but meanwhile he will get all of my electrical work!!!!!!!

Dillon and Kelcey did an outstanding job. I had a dangerous burnt outlet, dark rooms, and security devices sitting in boxes too long. They worked diligently to complete a long list of tasks! I now have updated lighting and fans in my kitchen and living room, multiple working outlets, and functioning security devices. My home is safe, and their finished work is meticulous! I highly recommend them!

We offer flat rate up-front pricing for all our projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we start typically start out with a brief phone call to go over job details. Once we have a clear understanding of the work to be done we will either schedule a free assessment and provide a quote, or in the unfortunate situation of electrical failure we will discuss our service call fee and get out to our customer ASAP.
