- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat fee, $50 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out to get information about what the issue is and provide an estimate of what it will take to help. We will use a remote access program that is the most well known worldwide and connect to your computer to resolve the issue. Once the issue has been resolved the remote access software is uninstalled to provide peace of mind about unauthorized access.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in IT for over 20 years at various levels from basic help desk to system and network admin. I'm hold a certificate for Security+ which is one of the most well known certifications in the IT industry.
