Improved communication, timeliness in delivery of services and project management all need improvement. People are nice but my project was late and was not a quality job. I am now having to have it redone by another contractor. This was a rescreening of my porch. Original quote was 1050. Final cost was 1550. Lasted 4 weeks before screening pulled loose. I sent pictures to the owner and asked what they would do. I have not received a reply. I will not let them do any further work/damage.
