We hired Jerry to replace and install a sliding door for the closet. Not only was he prompt and professional, but he went above and beyond with installing a wooden threshold and disposing the former sliding door. We highly recommend him.

Jerry did a great job! Arrived on time. Work was outstanding. Checked back the next day to ensure everything everything was perfect. Made sure hot water heater met all necessary codes. Will definitely hire again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I have a guideline. Linear footage, square footage pricing. We also bundle smaller projects into one price to save time and money. its a win win for everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to listen to the objective. If needed, make sketches from ideas. I think this helps. Look at photos, and take messurements. I try to listen first and offer my opinion afterward. I like to inform customers of the latest updated products available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have stayed current with local building codes as they change.. I am certified in solid surfacing and have extensive training in finishing techniques from some very influential people. I have attended many seminars and classes.
