Had a few hiccups, due to supplier delivery timeframes for my washers part since it’s a 2016 model, so no fault of the Professional. Pro was respectful, knew what he was doing, and got my issue taken care of hands down. He tested the washer multiple times ensuring a satisfactory and complete job and waited for my confirmation as well that things were good before stating the job was indeed finish. As a customer I value that he took the time to confirm repairs with such details. Personally, as long as he services my area he is my go to for appliance repairs! Just let me say his expertise and value far outweighs going through insurance if your items are out of the warranty period or big retailers. Thanks so much!
