My 60" Aquos SHARP TV basically died. I arranged with Sessions Computer to pick up the TV from my home and see if it was repairable. Max Sessions and his staff were prompt, professional and candid about the costs and potential for success. Mr. Sessions found that the TV could not be repaired and he refunded a payment that I had made for a part. I was charged only for the home visit. It took about a week from the pickup to the final bad news but the delay was caused by the time that it took to order the suspected part and re-order it when the delivered part was the wrong version. I regret that the TV was not repairable but the service from Sessions was fine.
