I was visiting a friend in Daphne and noticed the air conditioner motor was not running right. I went to Thumbtack and put in a request for quotes. Pete came through quickly with availability, but since I'm not a local, I was totally dependent on Thumbtack's "integrity", if you will. I took the plunge and gave Pete a call. He promised a tech between 12:30 and 1:30. At 12:28, Larry from Swinson Air Conditioning drove up. He was very polite, listened to my description of the problem, and went right to work. We found out that the defective part was under warranty, but not in stock. I was expecting a long wait, but was delighted that the part not only arrived the next day, but Pete sent Larry out the same day to install it! Swinson's service is awesome! Larry is a super technician, explaining what he was going to do, and showed me the part he replaced. He was courteous, respectful of my house and pets, and very knowledgeable of the unit. I highly recommend this company for HVAC repair!

If you are reading this you are probably needing the services of an HVAC company. There maybe other companies out there who can do a good job but I can say for me Swinson Air stands head a shoulders above all of the vendors we contacted to provide services.
My wife and I recently moved to the Foley area and are remodeling our new home. The 3 heat pumps that were installed when the house was built in 2002 all stopped working and needed replaced. I contacted several HVAC vendors requesting bids on replacing our system with something new. I spoke to numerous vendors and some actually came to the house and looked over our system. Some provided bids ranging from a phone call stating "it will cost around this $$$" or a hand written bid on notebook paper with very little information. In fact, hardly anyone provided enough information about their product to allow the us to research, compare or read any reviews.
I contacted Swinson Air via Thumbtack and setup a meeting with Pete Swinson. Once I spoke with Pete Swinson I was very impressed with his knowledge, experience and willingness to explain his recommendation for us. We were also pleased that he was not eager to sell us 3 units but sell us a system better suited for the needs of our house. He inspected our house, windows, doors, current duct work and I am sure many other items as well. He determined what was needed to adequately cool and heat our home. He provided a detailed bid with clearly displayed options and explained them to us to our satisfaction. Pete and his crew were very professional they communicated very well, and installed our new system quickly.
Our old system consisted of (1) four ton, and (2) two ton, single stage heat pumps. Pete explained this was more tonnage than the house needed and having too much can be as bad or worse than too little. We now have (1) 5 ton variable speed heat pump (American Standard) providing air/heat to 6 zones in our 3000 square foot home. Since our system has been running we have dropped the indoor humidity from 75% to 33%. My wife and I are very pleased and definitely recommend Swinson Air.

I called around for repairs when my heating system quit working on one of the freezing days we had. Swinson was the first to call back. Jarrod came to my house, found a blown fuse and some wiring that needed to be replaced. He fixed it that morning. Pricing was great, Jarrod was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all repairs and the pricing.

I ask Swinson for a quote on a new A/C System and When the owner came to look at my old system He found several things that were incorrect and advised me. later when he had gone I had a shutdown of my system, called Swinson and they came with new parts and after 2 hrs system was back up running. They are a great company Would use them again when I have a problem.
