I called EXPS after seeing all the 5 reviews & after waiting a week on the big box retailer to install my microwave. Only to be told be they couldn't drill thru ceramic tile. With EXPS the tile wasn't a issue, the tech was on time, professional & thorough. I see why they had all 5 's would use again & I highly recommended over the retailer.
