I was at the end of my rope, trying to find an affordable solution for old furniture removal. I called and was offered same day service, and they went from removing four pieces of furniture to assisting me with cleaning out our nasty garage. This company went from a random phone call to a huge blessing, in just a few hours. They are worth every penny! We not only highly recommend them, we will be calling them again.

JDog is the only company we will ever call again for hauling anything away. They got a huge three door freezer out of a space that was nearly impossible to by using their brains as well as their brawn and all kinds of ingenuity. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discounts to all Veterans, and family members of Veterans. We charge for Junk Removal by Volume of our trailer. Call now to schedule a free Quote Our minimum for a single item pickup starts at 115$, all the way up to a full trailer @ 575$
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do my best to explain to the customer how our pricing works because it can be confusing. If I need to do an onsite quote we schedule that asap. If we can discuss or view pictures I give ball park Pricing over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in Customer service for over 25 years.
