- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly plans begin at $249 per property. Full Operations is $399 per property. Onboarding is $250 for the first property and $100 for each additional property. We work exclusively through ongoing monthly relationships.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a property review and learn the owner’s preferences, current providers and communication expectations. We then build the operating workflow and begin ongoing monthly coordination.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings hands on experience in operations, scheduling, customer communication, process documentation and provider coordination. We use clear workflows and checklists to keep every property organized. In addition, we are rental owners ourselves!
