Reason for the repair: Rain water leaking around the chimney and water damage to the chimney corner posts and roof sheathing. The following work has been performed by BP Construction: 1. Chimney and roof sheathing inspection. 2. Installation of ice and water shield and metal flashing around the chimney. 3. Installation of new PVC trim over the corner posts and around the top of the chimney. 4. Replacement of damaged chimney and roof sheathing. Prior to the repair the scope of the necessary work was described to me in detail. The work has been performed by BP Construction professionally, efficiently and according to the written specification and estimate. As the customer, I am very satisfied with the quality of the repair. Photos of the chimney before and after the repair are attached to this review.

B.P. and his guys installed laminate flooring and tile for us, demo'd a wall, took down a huge wall mirror, and built a decorative column wrap for a pillar we had. We are really happy with it all. Bentley was great at communicating with me throughout the whole quoting process and was transparent with project status. Project took longer than expected because we had a few surprises in our home as they demo'd, but they quickly addressed each item. The slightest critique I have is that my expectation was that a full team of guys would be at our house at all times, and during one of the early days there were only 2 men. However, that is probably the nature of construction and I am new to all of this. Overall, these guys are really nice, friendly, and do a great quality job at a superb value. We will be calling them again.

Got an almost instant response from Bentley and they were able to complete my roof repair job the same afternoon. One more project off the “worry list”.....very professional and personable crew, very considerate of my property and cleaned up well after the job. Fixed a few other potential problems outside scope of the described original work request which I always take as the hallmark of someone who has pride and knowledge in their work. Give them a call, I think you’ll be as pleased as I am.

They did a good job and identified problems that I didn't know existed. Like all repair jobs I had a couple of items that had to be redone, but that wasn't a problem. They fixed everything to my satisfaction.
