WaterWorks Plumbing & Drain did a fantastic job installing my new gas water heater. They arrived right on time, completed the work efficiently, and left the entire area spotless. When I mentioned a water pressure problem in our kitchen sink, they went above and beyond by cleaning the aerators in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. They were extremely helpful in teaching me exactly what maintenance I need to perform and when. I highly recommend their professional and helpful service!

I noticed a water leak in my bathroom on a Saturday. Jared was prompt in responding the same day and was upfront with pricing before beginning work. Considering this was an after-hours/weekend call, it think the pricing was fair, and he was able to get everything fixed quickly. Wouldnt hesitate to use this company again!

Highly recommend WaterWorks Plumbing & Drain! We had a major issue with our hot water system and they came out quickly, found the problem right away, and gave us an honest quote. It is hard to find a dependable plumber in Baldwin County, so we will definitely be using them for all our future or emergency plumbing needs.
