I wanted to have my crawlspace encapsulated. After an extensive search, I finally decided to let We The People tackle this task. David reached out immediately after I messaged and we arranged a date and time for a consultation. He arrived 5 minutes ahead of the appointment, prepared the necessities, and rang the door bell right on time. I must admit I was immediately impressed with the level of respect and professionalism right out the gate. Once David had a clear understanding of my expectations and the goal I was trying to achieve, he got suited up and headed for the crawlspace. It wasn't long before he emerged with a catalog of photos which he was able to incorporate into the project estimate to give me a complete understanding of what the job would require. He was also able to show me the reasoning behind his recommendations such as allowing me to see with my own eyes the moisture and condensation problem that's adding a dehumidifier would solve. This is the first time I have EVER seen a contractor/company where Integrity was more than just a nice catch phrase, but an actual mentality. The character and professionalism on display throughout this entire project is what motivated me to give this review, and it was nice to finally have a great experience with a contractor instead of posting the horror story that most contractor reviews are.
