- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For logos and simple branding packages, I charge a flat rate usually. For layout and advanced designs, I will work with the client to agree on a fair hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm always going to start with "What story are you trying to tell" and "what are you trying to accomplish". I really want to know the heart behind what you are doing before the first click on your design or campaign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in marketing and design for more than 10 years in the non-profit sector. I have mounted numerous branding and marketing campaigns with great success in impacting lives. It's about how can we help! Not about what can we get!
