- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices affordable. My pricing is significantly lower than most others in the business but without sacrificing quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to speak with them and learn their vision for the project. I can then work with them to help decide the direction of the project and draw up plans. Good communication is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by my father from a young age and on the job training in high school. I also take pride in self education and stay up to date on new products and techniques.
