- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and reflects the quality of the work I perform. I treat each job as If I was painting my own home. Cheap rates get second rate workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to understand what they are looking for, what they want. I then engage in conversation and get to know them. From there I start the job and communicate each step of the way. I will typically have the customer review the job multiple times on larger jobs. This prevents surprise and allows the customer to express what they like or don’t like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been painting and remodeling homes since I was old enough to use power tools.
