- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use Guaranteed Pricing. Our clients get a guaranteed price in writing before the work begins. There are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule in 3 hour windows and call 30 minutes before sending a tech out so you don't have to wait on us. Our techs will perform an evaluation of the entire electrical system to check the safety and functionality. They will give the client some options at let them choose what's best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train twice a week on the latest electrical technology and customer service.
