Scott with Stone-South Home Inspections was ver professional, thorough, and honest about everything on my inspection. Stone South is great! I had the absolute best experience with Mr. Stone. From searching online to find a company to scheduling the inspection to performance, very courteous, very professional and very punctual. The day the inspection was performed, the sun out and it was very hot, but he conducted a thorough inspection of the roof on the main structure and the detached structure. Combed over the outside living space and perimeter of both structures. He completed the inspection by combing over every nook and cranny to provide me with a 360 scope to weigh my options. I can't thank him enough for this in depth report! It was very useful in negotiations to lower my closing cost!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on square footage of the home, year built, and any additional items such as swimming pool, irrigation system, radon or detached buildings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients are always welcome to be present during the inspection. I will go over everything at the end of the inspection. In most cases the inspection report is finished before I leave the property or within 24 hours at the latest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, Passed The National Home Inspector Exam Worked with a Certified Master Inspector for a year before I started my own home inspection business.
