- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
usually the job is estimated and discussed PRIOR to the installation. My goal during the estimation process is to COM0LETELY discuss the installation process so that the customer knows EXACTLY what to expect and a completion time frame for the work discussed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with anyone from the designer to the builder and directly with the home owner to help achieve the look and feel they are trying to obtain.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
recently we got a call from a lady LITERALLY in tears. another company started a master bathroom remodel project on Nov. 7th...... I got the call on Nov. 21st I believe and it was still in the demo stage....the guys were only working a couple hrs a day and havent accomplished anything but making a mess and bleeding the customer for over $3000.00. We went in and took the job over and redid what they started TRYING to do and finished the job in 9 days. After that, she allowed us the privilege of completely remodeling her guest bathroom and again, it was a 9 day project COMPLETE. This customer is available for a reference upon request!
