I recently had the pleasure of having Jeffrey come to my home to fix my washer dryer combo. From start to finish, Jeffrey was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my appliance. What impressed me most about Jeffrey was his ability to explain the problem in a way that I could understand. He patiently walked me through the process of fixing the machine, making sure I was comfortable with each step. Once the repair was complete, Jeffrey thoroughly tested the washer dryer combo to ensure that it was working properly. He even gave me some helpful tips for maintaining the appliance in the future. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Jeffrey, and he even fixed a couple of other minor issues I was having with my new home, at no additional charge. I would highly recommend him!

Jeff provided prompt, quality service in repairing my 20-year-old Whirlpool oven switch panel/control board. This switch panel and control board were both obsolete parts and no longer supported by Whirlpool. So, Jeff removed them, help me find 3rd party repair shops that repaired them and reinstalled the repaired parts. As a result, my oven was repaired for a fraction of the cost of having to buy and install a new one. This repair process took some time to execute but Jeff assisted me throughout and returned to the job site promptly when required until job was completed. I plan to use Jeff on future jobs as required and would highly recommend him to anybody needing help with appliance repair.

We had our dishwasher stop working after multiple power cycles due to recent very cold weather. Jeff responded to my inquiry and gave me some possible ideas as to the problem. He was able to come out and help us diagnose the issue with our dishwasher. He got the part and was able to help get the repair done quickly. We would certainly use Jeff again for an future similar issues with our appliances.
