- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees listed on this site are an estimate. Every job's fees are dependent on what the customer needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to my customers to gage what they want in their sessions. After agreeing on a price, date and time, I will send the customer an invoice and a contract. In order to reserve the date and time requested, a 50% deposit is required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed numerous classes to gain certification in digital photography.
