- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normal service fee 85 to 125 depending on material involved. Service fee is for one hour. 10% senior discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with our customers to set up appointment times or confirm prices on phone. We would meet with our customer at set time and review scope of work. We always verify cost before beginning our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years on the job. First 8 years directly under a Master Electrician. All hands on training in Industrial, Commercial and residential electrical installs/repairs.
