Mr. Ash went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me in six home repairs. He was able to schedule me the same day I contacted him. He was very professional and responsive. He made sure once he repaired something that he monitored it before he went on to the next task. Not only was Mr. Ash very thorough, he took time with me to explain the problem, and how he was going to fix the issue. I will definitely use Mr. Ash again and again and again.

Mr . Ash worked steady for about 8 or 9 hours the first day, even though it was raining and muddy where he was working. He put in a ceiling and rewrapped some AC ducts and then closed them in to keep my cat from tearing the insulation and prevent birds from building nest beneath my house. The next day he worked past dark in the rain repairing my back door porch. The price was very reasonable considering the late hours and the working conditions. He tries very hard to finish as quickly as he can and does a great job. This is the second job he has done for me and I plan to use him again. He is very pleasant and nice to talk with. You won't go wrong hiring Mr. Ash.

Projects can and are priced differently by William E. Ash for the equations and/or processes to arrive at a price that is comparable to services rendered. I also take into account that we alway get what we pay for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I individualize their special and specific needs and expectations and let them know that if something is a potential problem or holdup. And we go from there on and on. I tend to communicate heavily with customer so if they forsee problems we can smooth everything out in order to move through the project without problems or anything hidden
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I. for the most part, received training by doing hands on work and working with others. I do know that no matter how "knowledgeable" one can be, it still is worth listening to another opinion.
