Michael from Harmony Airflow was a delight to work with. He was very clear in his communications and didn’t have me waiting for hours for a response. In addition, he was able to come out and do a diagnosis on my system within 24hrs. I’m very glad I found Harmony Airflow as Michael was able to identify the issue and recommended a solution quickly. While working on my unit, he called me to explain everything since I was away and sent pictures of everything.

We hired Harmony after receiving several quotes on a new HVAC UNIT. He was very helpful in letting us know exactly what we needed. He worked with our budget and got us fixed up with a new unit and went out of his way to help us with other problems we had. He was on time, very polite, new exactly what to do and very caring to our needs. It’s very hard to find someone that takes pride in their work and their word but he did both. He is great! We had him also do some HVAC work at a rental house. We have him coming back soon to fix some duct work on my Mamas house. We definitely will be using him again! Thanks Mr. Lee for a job well done. We are thrilled with the results of your work. You are kind hearted and really care about helping others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not push financing to our customers we believe our customers work hard just like we do for their money. Many companies our always looking for a reason to sell you a unit on a " low monthly rate" using sells tactics with financing. We do not work on commission and we do not try to sell our customers services not needed . We have flat pricing and work with our customers on pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting new customers the first step is getting to know our customers. We take our time to find out what our customers needs are instead of what is good for business. Often times companies only care about the numbers. We work hard to help the customer first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hvac certified Technicians , 18 years of hands on experience with trade school. Business Law and Project management courses. Mechanical Hvac course.
