- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible. I cannot give you an accurate estimate based on sq. ft. of your house. We have to figure in pitch, flashings, valleys, ridges, eaves, waste factor, height, layers, etc. We do offer multiple roof packages and warranties to fit your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial appointment and contract signing. We keep the customer informed as to when the job will take place. Pictures of the job in real time can be emailed or texted to homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Proud member of the National Roofing Contractors Association. Certification from OSHA, NRCA, Certainteed, GAF, Atlas, Mule-Hide, Firestone, and Dura-Last.
