FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a larger or more intricate job that requires troubleshooting to identify the problem, we charge $50 for a professional to come to your point of issue and diagnose the problem. All other jobs, that are more straight forward, are not subject to standardized pricing. Each job is unique and requires a unique price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do not just want a one time customer, we want to provide a service and atmosphere that keeps us coming back. The first step in new customer relations is getting some short and simple information to keep on file. Nothing personal or private; Name, address, contact number, and job description. We use this, and notes during and after the job, for a follow up call, any further service that might be needed, as well as our records. (Some jobs require more than just one visit to give you a comprehensive service that ensures a lasting quality). Next is the job. We offer a quote online through this service, but if hired, will give a more comprehensive understanding of what your money is being spent on. A walk through to ensure a complete understanding between the customer and our professional, a time line for job completion, and a chance to answer any of your questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With almost 15 years of honorable service as a Marine, we offer what comes along with that. Dependability, integrity, moral courage, values, commitment, attention to detail, and a high quality professional experience. Over 15 years experience in the trades listed, ensures a quality craftsmanship that will show in our work. We are up to date on all of our safety standards and training.
