- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is largely dependent upon the details associated with the design concept. Things like lighting, fabric choices, etc greatly impact the overall budget. We do have great flexibilty in sit down meetings to help tailor budgets to better match your expectations. Sometimes this requires more involvement in procurring supplies and/or crafting projects. There is almost always a way to make a party more budget friendly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a sit down meeting in which we may go over your vision/ideas/concept as well as budget. We also like to discuss the time frame and where you are in the planning process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have always had a passion for celebrating special moments in life and making them beautiful. While planning for and decorationg our children's weddings we were approached to design for another gathering. This sparked a business idea that grew into a labour of love.
