- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer reasonable prices and estimate the time required to do the job. If you want cleaning on a regular schedule, you'll save money as we offer discounts for repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather as much information as possible, then provide a quote through Thumbtack, and then we'll follow up with a text and phone call. Feel free to ask us any questions, too!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have 3+ years of experience in professional cleaning, and they undergo a background check. They also have a valid driver's license and are insured and bonded.
