This plumber answered immediately and was able to make a way to get a significant leak at our place sorted out and stopped. Others were going to take days to come. He contacted me right away, in less than 7 minutes and we planned on him coming out to take care of the issue later that evening after he finished another job. I didn't get a chance to use him because it turned into an emergency plumbing problem shortly after our call, but he called back later that afternoon when he finished to let me know he was on his way. Responsiveness and communication is keen and he was exemplary. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to hire a plumber. He also told me what to watch out for with the work that was done today, even though he wasn't paid for the work. Character is important.
