Pricing for association management can vary greatly. On average you can expect 10-15 dollars per unit per month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we do is discuss the plans and goals of the communities with the boards while onboarding their association.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed REALTOR in the state of Alabama with affiliations with NAR, AAR, and BAR. I also hold my CMCA in the state of Alabama with affiliations with CAI.
