I worked with Alford and Amanda and they were both great communicators, responsive, and committed to finding a good tenant for my home. Previous review redacted**EDIT**Alford and Amanda made me aware that the buyer backed out and that if i still wanted to rent i could. Al was willing to pay the app fee out his own pocket if i didnt want to continue the process. hes a good young man and i truly appreciate his professionalism and his courtesy. Al had to go out of town but i still had a move in date to move in before he would be back. Amanda handled everything with the help of my son. I really appreciate everyone helping this process go so smoothly seeing as how i also had to be out of town on business communication is key and i really appreciate everyone helping
