Cardinal responded within an hour of receiving my request for roof maintenance. Jon from Cardinal arrived 45 mins later, surveyed the roof top and within 30 mins was able to provide a quote and perform the work a short time afterward with a teammate. Jon had the experience and candor to recommend the things that needed attention and things that were OK as is. I would recommend Jon and Cardinal Roofing for small maintenance and repair jobs to full roof replacement.

Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he pointed out various deficiencies and gave thorough explanations of each. As an investor, this was extremely helpful. What was most impressive was his use of a drone. Although he climbed on the roof, he couldn’t go very far because it was raining. Even so, he took excellent pictures with the drone. Very impressive! He is truly a rain or shine roofer!

My roof replacement journey started one weekend night when I posted about it on NextDoor. I didn’t expect any responses until Monday, but Jon Morris replied to my post almost immediately, and we even had a conversation that night. I had a good feeling about him right away. To be transparent, I let him know that I was also getting quotes from two other companies, and he completely understood. Jon visited on Monday with actual samples, while other companies only provided pictures. He took the time to explain the three different quotes he offered, which made me feel fully informed about my investment. One competitor repeatedly tried to discourage me from choosing Cardinal, which added significant stress to the process. In contrast, Jon was gracious and understanding throughout. I chose Cardinal, and I'm really happy with my decision! I also needed to completely replace my decking, which I learned might be necessary during my initial conversation with Jon. Brian offered me a discounted price for the replacement. Monty and the crew did a fantastic job with the installation. They worked diligently to complete the job within a day and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend this company!

When we first made contact about the roof of the church, we set up an appointment at the church for an estimate. Jon Morris of Cardinal Roofing came out and completed a thorough inspection by not just looking at the roof from the ground but by inspecting while on the roof. After that he asked me to let him know when the insurance adjusters would come by to do their inspection and that he would be there to represent me and the church. I let him know what time to be there and he was there. He got on top of the roof with the adjusters to make sure they didn’t miss anything and we were in constant communication by phone after that. After the assessment by the insurance company Jon Morris of Cardinal Roofing gave me three estimates to choose from that was within the church’s budget. Once the we chose the estimate and type of shingles they started working within a few days. Upon completion the work exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Jon Morris and Cardinal Roofing. Job well done!

I had a pine tree to fall across the back of my home during a thunderstorm. I had no idea where to start. I Goggled roof repair, and Cardinal Roofing popped up. I left a message explaining my situation and received a call from Jon Morris within 15 minutes. Jon coordinated the tree removal and tarping of the roof. Jon and Roy Evans met with the appointed insurance adjuster and climbed a wet roof showing all the damage. The tree fell on an old satellite dish and pushed it through a bedroom ceiling, landing between the blades of a ceiling fan. With all the damage to my home, Cardinal Roofing was able to perform all the repairs. I can't thank them enough for navigating me through this ordeal. I highly recommend Cardinal Roofing.
