Randall responded to my inquiry very quickly. I was surprised how quickly. We agreed upon a time to meet and evaluate the work I needed for my sprinkler system. He arrived on time and we checked the system to see what was needed to correct my issues. He was going to get the necessary parts for repairs and get back to me.

Randall was super easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and hard working! With just a brief review of the leaking irrigation PVC pipe, he jumped into solving, then repairing the problem. No wasted time, no wasted steps. A true professional who has excellent problem solving skills, and extensive experience. He has a reassuring, calm, confident personality. He completed the repair in 2 hours, which impressed me given its complexity and difficult access. To be sure that the repaired pipe had time to set and would hold under pressure, the system was left off overnight. Randall came back the next morning to test start the system in steps, which was successful. He then proceeded to check all other zones and sprinkler heads, finding one split swing pipe and then fixed that. He was done in an hour and now I have my irrigation system up and running, fully ready for Spring! Randall did a great job, and I value his expertise. I will definitely call him back if there are any other needs that arise!
