I signed a contract with Mike Checchi in Oct 2010 for a two part repair on my chimney/roof. He repaired the first part as contracted, but the second part had to wait because a new chimney pan had to be made, which he said would take two-three weeks. When I had not heard from him by Dec 2010, I contacted him to ask when he would be back to finish the job. I was told that the first chimney pan was incorrect and another was being made. He contacted me in Feb 2011 to let me know the chimney pan was finished--all he had to do was pick it up then come install it, but it would be a couple of weeks. I never heard another word from him. I have tried emailing and calling him, yet I have received no response. I cannot possibly recommend doing business with this man, nor his company.
