- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have three different packages to choose from depending on the level of service the client needs or wants. Our Ultimate Plan includes the following: Move all the furniture(excluding China cabinets, entertainment centers etc.), A coat of genuine 3M Scotchgard, Deodorization to kill germs and odors, Fiber conditioner for softer feel, bottle of professional spot remover, 1 year emergency spot service. Our middle plan, the Value Plan is the same as the Ultimate Plan except we don't move all the furniture, only light furniture(anything you can move easily with one hand) and the spot and spill service is 6 months instead of a year. Budget Plan is for just the cleaning, no extras. We will clean every square inch we can get to without moving any furniture.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend about ten minutes on the phone providing a micro class on the carpet cleaning industry and exactly what is required to thoroughly and properly clean their goods. We will get all their information and provide an estimated cost for all three of our plans. If there is more than one service they are needing performed, we will come to their home and look at everything and provide them with an exact quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians go through our 90 day training and then attend classes and are tested. Every job we do is performed by an IICRC Certified Technician.
