Nurses come to your home to provide foot and toenail care for those who are unable to care for their own feet.
These patients are often homebound, have difficulty ambulating or have poor eyesight.
Others have physical issues that make it unsafe to care for their own feet, such as diabetes or neuropathy.
A registered nurse will come to your home and care for your feet and toenails, as well as check for wounds, take blood pressure, and provide patient teaching on a variety of subjects.
If you have new health issues, the nurse will, with your permission, notify your physician for you.
