Never showed up as scheduled after we sent him the $200 deposit for the job. Lied about being on the way, we never gave him the address for the job. When asked how he was on the way to a job he was never given the address for he stopped responding to text messages, answering our calls and requests for a refund. Chris Rammage at Grays Plumbing is a scam. Do not send him your money.

Honestly I'm sorry about that I'm not a scam that's one thing for sure. I had a car accident and my phone got destroyed. It's all taken care of now hope to have some very happy customers in a few days. My honest apologies

I’m awaiting a refund. Pressured me Into sending payment before job was done. I paid through the app for my protection and not on his cash app. I am waiting a refund. I think this is something that this guy does often. Beware of this account.

No sir I told him when the payment was verified which is still pending. Didn't even give me time to respond after he sent the payment. I can't help thumbtack will not let me issue a refund while a transaction is pending. He is assuming the review below. Which will change because I am still doin that job. I had a car accident yesterday it was a big misunderstanding. I will never do work without a down payment. I'm not gonna go do something and get nothing for it. I have been done that way to many times.
