Thomas, the technician and his assistant arrived on time. We thought we had a major issue with the AC unit, but the technician found a minor issue and fixed it immediately. I love the transparency from the initial call with Karen in customer service to a job well done with Thomas, the technician. The cost was less than $200. They are now our HVAC company we will use in the future and would recommend to others.

Technicians Justin and Dylan did an excellent job installing a replacement A/C unit & coil, and modifying ducting in the attic on a very hot day. Very punctual and courteous. I highly recommend them and Riley Heat and Air for any HVAC needs.
