Joseph has came out twice to help me diagnose my Pioneer mini split that was installed in my garage. He diagnosed that the issue was faulty parts from the factory so he immediately called customer support on my behalf to request that they be replaced under warranty. Despite the new parts being replaced my unit still did not function as expected so he called the company back and now they are replacing the unit. You will not be disappointed choosing Underwood Heating and Air Conditioning!

Air went out in the heat of the day. Called two or three other companies and could not get anyone to come out on short notice. Finally reached out to Underwood and he came out on time same day and fixed the ac in about 10 min. Highly recommended for all your HVAC needs!
