- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is dependent on location (local travel, out of state, etc.), the number of clients, the products that are needed and required to service the clients, and the timeline/timeframe needed to complete services for each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new make-up client, I ask a series of questions to assess style, lifestyle, skin care regime. From there, customized services are developed. For my officiant clients, I ask a series of questions to determine the type of service the bride and groom are looking for and then I customize my services from there. For my event/wedding planning/coordinating clients, I follow the same protocol ensuring that I will be able to cater to the needs and wishes of the couple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and experience came from, and continues to come from, servicing friends, family, and co-workers, and from paid clients and attending classes, workshops, and seminars.
