- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work with customers on pricing, however, I am also a human being with bills, taxes, and living expenses. I factor everything from tool wear-n-tear, truck maintenance & fuel, equipment cost, hourly rate, and size of job into my pricing. Please feel free to negotiate with me before hand so we can put everything out in the open about our agreed upon price before the project starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to the know customers personality and vision on the project. Communication about the project process is key, which is why I always keep my customers updated on materials, updates on the process, and any issues that could hinder the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational background is not related to carpentry; however, I’ve been doing this work my entire life.
