My experience was great. He came on time, and immediately started working on the issue I was having with outlets, and lights flickering in one room. He then showed me something that concerned him about the original connection, and I appreciated him taking the time to explain some things to me.

Spencer changed out a light fixture for me. He was easy to communicate with, prompt & did a great job - even tho it was a vintage fixture & definitely a headache to install. I will certainly be keeping his card for all future electric needs.
He replaced 2 fans for us and, even though it started to get late, he stayed until they were working correctly. I’d recommend him to everyone I know.

I have no overhead so no mark ups on parts, what I pay is what you pay. I never compromise quality for money. Guaranteed lowest prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself. Ask to see the problem, or if I know what the problem is ask to see where it is. Consult with them on the price explaining that I do not mark up parts and that anything I do I guarantee my work. Then when I’m finished I let them look at it and make sure they love it before I leave and ask if there will be anything else. That’s all there is to it.
