Mr. Sloan is both the owner and the primary technician. As such, he personally quotes the job, supervises his crew, and guarantees the work. He was timely with his responsiveness and willing to patiently work around my schedule as tenants were involved. The job was both started and completed on time to my absolute satisfaction.
