1. have small supplies with him ie. caulk. he went to buy simple items and requested I pay him. 2. time management, you took 7 hours to install a toilet and a 18-inch vanity. on a private call constantly and went to the store for hours. 3. finish the job completely. wondering if he is experienced enough to work alone. 4. be professional... he began to pout when explaining my disapproval of the job. when I questioned the receipts he took them with him (refuse to give them to me). then later came back at night and put them on my car windshield. unprofessional.
