I have 12 years of combined experience in handyman work. I started working for a great company who taught me the business side as well as the work side of being a handyman. I pride myself on customer service and believing in "do unto other, as you would have them do unto you. My work speaks for it's self so I let my customers do the talking. He showed up ahead of time (of course sent a message to let me know he was). He got to work and was very professional and kind. Voila’ no more leaking toilet or wet floors!

Brandon and his workers were on time everyday, they always kept me in the loop about the progress and cleaned up everyday. The paint job they did in all 4 rooms including the trim and crown look amazing. I would recommend Sir-Fix-Alot for any painting job. Thanks again for your professionalism and quality of work.

For me communication and deadline is a must when hiring a pro for a job. I feel Brandon and his team missed the mark when it comes to communication, deadline, and overall accountability. This company is a no go. The job went longer than expected and what was verbally agreed on. Never communication to me on start time, end times just did whatever without letting me the guy that hired them know anything. Left the sight once completed with all the boxes and things all over the area. It was back and forth everyday between me and Brandon about the job from the 1st day to last. He always stated he wanted to make it right but them another problem arise like coming late and leaving really early. Nothing to really make the situation right. I do understand with working outside and the heat and advisory u have to look after your people but everyday tried to us that to justify crazy work hours and the extending of the project. Just felt for his price didn't live up to service. He got the job done but like i said was a rough week working with them. Wouldn't recommend their services but do wish the company success and hopefully they correct the faults. Playset looked good overall
