The entire processfrom the initial insurance claim coordination to the final walkthroughwas smooth, stress-free, and far better than I expected.Evergreen is a true family-owned business, and that shines through in every interaction. Stephen White, the owner and operator, was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive, knowledgeable about the insurance side of things, and made sure everything aligned perfectly with what our adjuster approved. His dad, Scott White, was on-site as the superintendent/foreman overseeing the crew the day they tore off the old roof and installed the new one. Scott and the team were incredibly hardworking, efficient, and detail-orientedthey showed up on time, worked safely and cleanly, and wrapped up the job quickly without cutting any corners. The craftsmanship was top-notch; the new roof looks fantastic, and theyve already held up great through some recent weather.Art Nubaryan handled the office side and closing details like a prohe was thorough with the paperwork, followed up promptly on any questions, and made the final walkthrough and sign-off straightforward.
