- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair pricing based on the size of the load and the distance. I give upfront quotes with no hidden fees. If it’s a small job or single item, I always try to keep the price as affordable as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for a picture of what needs to be removed, give an upfront quote, and schedule a time that works best for the customer. When I arrive, I load everything quickly and safely, handle the cleanup if needed, and make sure the customer is fully satisfied before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on experience with heavy lifting, loading, and safe hauling. I’ve worked physical jobs for years, so I’m used to doing the hard work and making sure items are moved safely without damage.
