- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A walk through of the home is always best before quoting on a cleaning job in order to give an accurate quote, our pricing varies depending on the size of your home, if you have pets, what is needed done in the home and how often.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first visit with a new customer we walk with them through their home to discuss in detail their cleaning needs, what our cleaning service includes and to answer any questions or concerns they may have or any areas that might need special attention given. Based on the size and condition of the home we provide the customer with a quote and hopefully get them on the schedule for regular cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning field for over 10 years with the last 4 years with my own cleaning business Luxury Maids. From home owners to real estate agent listings both residential and rentals, there is not one aspect of the cleaning field I have not experienced.
