FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free on-site estimates for all projects. Pricing varies based on project size, materials, site conditions, and complexity. We offer volume discounts when you bundle multiple services (like sod installation plus irrigation or landscaping plus drainage solutions). We also have seasonal promotions and special rates for year-round maintenance contracts. No hidden fees. Our detailed quotes include all labor, materials, site prep, cleanup, and disposal. We accept multiple payment methods.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a free consultation at your property to discuss your vision and assess the site. We'll measure the area, evaluate soil conditions, drainage, sun exposure, and access. We'll show you material samples and discuss options that fit your budget and goals. Within 24 hours, you'll receive a detailed written quote with material choices, timeline, and payment terms. Once you approve, we'll schedule your project based on weather and crew availability. Most residential jobs are completed in 1 to 5 days. We maintain clear communication throughout, provide daily updates, and do a final walkthrough to ensure you're 100% satisfied before requesting final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings 30 plus years of hands-on experience in outdoor construction and landscaping across Mobile, Baldwin County, and Pensacola. We've completed hundreds of residential and commercial projects including artificial turf installations, custom water features, complete landscape transformations, drainage systems, hardscaping, and outdoor structures. We stay current with industry best practices through ongoing training in new materials, techniques, and sustainable landscaping methods. We're fully licensed and insured with general liability coverage, and we partner with certified specialists for technical work like, electrical for outdoor lighting, and plumbing for water features to ensure all projects meet local code requirements.
