I gave a very detailed description of the 1 bedroom apt contents move. Cook agreed to a set price. HOURS before the move, he states there will be an extra fee for this, another extra fee for that. When I challenge his audacity by pointing out that these "extras" were in the project description, he then says that it's really more of a 2 bedroom move and that's what he'll charge. I fired him right then. It came from a 1 bedroom apt. That's not a 2 bedroom move. A mover cannot just tack on fees because he didn't read project or because he feels like they've got you stranded and you'll pay up. NO! HONOR YOUR WORD. ACT ETHICAL WITH INTEGRITY. This guy didn't. He won't last long if this is a pattern.
